Darryl brings a practitioner's perspective to the point where regulation, governance and the practical realities of running an investment business come together.

His career spans State Street Global Advisors, PIMCO, Insight Investment, AXA Investment Managers and Barclays Global Investors.

His experience combines regulatory change and implementation with deep expertise in fund and management-company governance. He has worked across UCITS, AIFs and ETFs and across UK and European regulatory frameworks, including fund-board and ManCo governance, delegation and third-party oversight, risk management and product governance.

Darryl has led regulatory change within major asset managers, supported UCITS and AIF boards and management companies, served on senior risk and industry committees and worked directly with regulators and industry bodies. That gives him a perspective grounded not simply in what regulation requires, but in the governance and operating arrangements needed to make it work inside an investment business.

Darryl helps asset managers and fund boards navigate regulatory change, strengthen governance and oversight and translate regulatory requirements into practical, proportionate arrangements.
